1. If you for some reason would like to look behind you using the back camera while driving forward, press Settings + Map simultaniously for some seconds to go to hidden meny. In there choose camera settings and the camera will turn on and stay on. 2. Where I live there's alot of wild animals...

This is exactly my experience and quite logical too. B2 by default must be MMs way to mimic how a regular petrol/diesel runs.

Thanks greendwarf but my numbers are from charging at home to 100%. The first weeks I got an estimate of over 50 km but after two ChaDeMo charge occasions I only get 42 km when charging at home up to 100%. But like stated previosly in this thread I guess it all has to do with the cars...

Had my phev for a month. In the beginning I got 52 km per charge. Then I charged a couple of times with ChaDeMo at a public charge station. Now I only get 42 km per charge. Am I correct when I suspect ChaDeMo to be the culprit!?

In the hidden menus there's something titled Video...something. Alway wondered what that was. If I'm not mistaken I read on this forum that someone had taken the mmcs out and there was a un-used video connection on the back.

I recognize this. Preheated for 20' and started with temp set to 18c. No ICE. Outside temp was 0c. On another ocassion preheated for 20' and started with temp 15c. No ICE. But after 10 mins of driving I up'ed the temp to 16c and the ICE kicked in. A friggin science to drive this car on EV only.

Same behaviour here in Sweden. Mine from a batch summer 2014.

After getting the Outlander I drive with an egg under my sole aiming at 100% EV and extending the range. Every time the ICE starts has been a fail. But today the wife asked me to go get some grocery. Me all alone in the car. No kids, no wife, no luggage. So... Off with Eco. Turn off the screen...

10 mins Heat takes 0,85 kW and 22 mins to recharge to full. 20 mins Heat takes 1,5 kW and 32 mins to recharge to full. Around 0C. My own tests.

A question. I don't have ACC. Does what you say also mean that CC is better than manually adjusting speed for fuel economy?

If you preheat for 20 minutes (remote control) you should have enough room for regen.
