    New 2018 MY arrived!!

Pleasing to hear you find the mirror link system working well. As a supplier I have come across so many potential customers saying they have to have a built in navigation, albeit asking praising the system from my own use after 12 months in a Juro. I have yet to find fault and find it works so...

Roadside charging v's petrol engine charging

I always advise never to use the charge button unless cruising at 60mph + If sitting stationary it just is not cost effective

Anyone got a MY2016-2017 PHEV in Cool Silver?

I will be having a cool silver this week, on my 4th now having previously had 2 white and 1 black. Going for cool silver as new colour to the PHEV line up and also doesnt show the dirt so much :-)

Porcelain beige / cream leather - how does it wear?

Yes from experience - it will show signs of dirt stains much much quicker than grey or black leather. It all depends on use really. Even stains from Jeans (dye) will show on the leather. It looks great yes but will it in a year, 2 years??

A few questions before going to the dealers

The PHEV has so many variables so no two drivers will have close to the same mpg. If your commute involves motorways/ dual carriage ways etc expect to get a lot less than rolling a/b roads. What the PHEV will do though is make you think more how you drive especially when using the B0-B5...

Will there be a 2017MY for the UK?

The new 17model is just a few weeks away but is likely to be £1500 more expensive. From what I understand there is not a great deal different so really just depends how desperate you are to get one. The new model will be dropping the GX name and just called 3, 4 5 etc. There are only...

Good job she had them in the handbag and not left them at home then!!

    Extended Test Drive (UK)

If your a fleet customer with a large enough fleet or opportunity a demo car can be arranged. If your a private buyer your in the hands of your local dealers. Most dealerships are franchised independent business's so I can understand their side. If people go into a dealership for a test drive...

    Anticipated Fuel Economy

Ive not seen anything that relates to this :?: at this stage there is still an embargo as it wouldn't be in Mitsubishi UK's interest to release information whilst there is still a large quantity of current product in stock. 90 EV range would be nice but I dont think there will be any change...

    Anticipated Fuel Economy

Hi Mark I supply this product and there is a new 17 model coming out soon. So keep your eyes peeled for information when released as at this stage we dont know anything at all except it will be slightly more expensive. From experience with this product your not commutes are not ideal but you...

    Order placed in Yorkshire

You need to press the fob button twice to open - I think its twice, Ive now gone to a GX3h+ so do miss this feature ;-(

    Order placed in Yorkshire

I bet - we never deliver with less than quarter of a tank thats just penny pinching and creates a negative first impression. Enjoy your PHEV

    New Outlander PHEV upcoming?

I cant give you anything specific but understand that a new 17my could possibly be with us end of the year but more likely early next year. It does depend how quickly the run out of current stock goes as Mitsubishi are an importer. Currently there is just under 2000 vehicles ( all models) in...

    Rust

Agree - a clean will remove this I am sure. it looks like some metal fall out stuck to the paintwork and not the car itself thats gone rusty. I have seen this before particularly on L200 where options have been fitted, drilled swarf not cleaned off can cause this.

16 MY PHEV ordering - current availability

There are plenty of solid and metallic white at Portbury - your dealer should suggest 10 working days to them. Enjoy

What to expect when i get home?

I think you will find it will be fine. I have had a few that have had to be jump started and it can be done by pressing start button and charge at same time, might take a couple of attempts but have done it this way. We use a jump pack straight into the fuse board though and need to know what...

    Sports Styling Kit

I have supplied a few of these and yes it does reduce the clearance and you have to be careful if descending kerbs for example. In my opinion the car looks better standard ;)

    Brake light behaviour

whether they activate or not I think its good practice to check for tailgaters anyway. Us old schoolers were taught to slow down using the gears (I guess from the drum brake era?).
